Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. xs777 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances or winnings associated with them.

All xs777 accounts are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xs777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion occurring outside the xs777 platform is entirely the Player's responsibility.
Deposits that have been used to place wagers are non-refundable. Unused deposit balances may be withdrawn subject to KYC verification and these Terms. xs777 does not accept chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback through your payment provider is considered a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.
All bonuses offered by xs777 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral bonuses — are subject to specific wagering requirements and promotional terms disclosed at the point of offer. Bonuses are credited to a player's account at xs777's sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time where abuse or fraud is suspected.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a reduced percentage. xs777 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and systematic exploitation of games with high bonus-to-wagering conversion rates. Bonuses that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the promotional time period specified will expire automatically. xs777 is not obligated to notify Players prior to bonus expiry.
xs777 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that are placed on cricket, PSL matches, football, UFC, and all other markets available on the platform. A bet is only confirmed once a bet reference number has been issued and the stake has been deducted from the Player's account balance.
Odds displayed on xs777 are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. xs777 strives to offer competitive odds on cricket and PSL markets for Pakistani players. In the event of a manifest error in odds — including where prices are clearly incorrect due to a system or human error — xs777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the conclusion of the period required for settlement, xs777's standard practice is to void bets on that event and return stakes. Specific settlement rules for cricket matches — including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method scenarios — are detailed in the xs777 Sports Betting Rules document accessible from your account dashboard.
In-play bets are placed in real time and are subject to market suspension at any point by xs777's trading team. xs777 is not liable for connection failures, delays, or data feed interruptions that may affect in-play bet placement. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted.

Progressive jackpot games are governed by additional terms specific to each jackpot network. Jackpot winnings are paid in PKR at the prevailing exchange rate where the jackpot is denominated in a foreign currency.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xs777 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action:

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, xs777 may, at its sole discretion, void any pending withdrawals, forfeit bonus balances, and retain any winnings generated through conduct that constitutes a breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct — such as the Platform withdrawing from a market — any genuine balance remaining will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xs777 holds its international gaming licence.
